Computer Science Major at the University of Central Florida
I am currently a Computer Science Major at the University of Central Florida. I have experience in working with C and Python. Throughout my Computer Science courses, my major projects include developing a Monopoly game in Python and a Checkers game in C. As a UCF student I am a member of the UCF Speech and Debate team , where I am responsible for quickly learning about a diaspora of distinct topics and developing novel ideas surrounding complex issues. This experience has given me invaluable public speaking and interpersonal skills, and as a member of the team I became the national debate champion for novice IPDA debate. Additionally, I have work experience as a crew member at Chipotle where I maintained high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations, and trained employees on various staff positions. I am an Eagle Scout, and while in the scouting program I held many positions including being an instructor and the Senior Patrol Leader over many years. Additionally, in order to obtain the rank of Eagle Scout I completed an Eagle Scout Project where I renovated the garden for a preschool that specialized in students with disabilities.
